Here at Vegun Nutrition, we strongly believe in the quality of our products and it is our mission to make sure every single customer is satisfied with every purchase. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange, you must be able to provide a receipt showing that your products were purchased directly from Vegun Nutrition. We WILL NOT accept returns for products that were purchased outside of the official Vegun Nutrition website. All items will be refunded at the purchase price, minus any shipping costs and a restocking fee. A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for all returns/exchanges.

Supplements: Our products must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • Your return request is initiated within 15 days of purchase.
  • All products must be unopened, damage free and in its original packaging that it was received in.

Apparel & Accessories: Requests to return Vegun Nutrition apparel and accessories may not be made at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience. The following policy is in place:

  • All t-shirt sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
  • All shaker bottle sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

NOTE: Items purchased with a promotional discount code are not eligible for refund.


If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.



Vegun Nutrition is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages or delays by the carrier. Please ensure the shipping information provided is correct.   



Vegun Nutrition is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.



1.) Contact and submit a return/exchange request to , include your name, date of purchase, and the receipt to your order.

2.) Customer service will review and determine if the return/exchange request is eligible and notify the customer.

3.) If eligible to return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and to protect yourself, please consider shipping with tracking. Products must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

4.) The returned product will be received and accessed for damage. Once the product is cleared, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
